(Atlantic) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports five arrests.
Shelby Michael Froh, 32, of Atlantic, was arrested November 17th on an Atlantic Police Department warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. Froh was taken to the Cass County Jail and released on November 24th on his own recognizance.
Alexander Richard Parra, Jr., 69, of Shelby, was arrested November 17th on a charge of OWI 2nd Offense. Parra was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Zen Henry Gross, 24, of Atlantic, was arrested November 22nd on charges of OWI 2nd Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Gross was taken to the Cass County Jail and released later that day on his own recognizance.
Skylar Lee Bingham, 23, of Red Oak, was arrested November 24th on a District Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Bingham was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
Trevor Kyle Benge, 36, of Greenfield, was arrested November 29th on charges of Burglary 3rd Degree and Public Intoxication. Benge was taken to the Cass County Jail and released the following day on his own recognizance.
