(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
Randi Lynn Hess, 19, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on November 20th. Hess was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with assault.
Roxanne Mare Poorker, 54, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on November 23rd. Poorker was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with operating while intoxicated, violations of a restricted license, and failure to use headlamps when required.
