(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department arrested Kevin Todd Sparks, 58, of Harlan, on October 24th following a call for service. Sparks was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with unnecessary noise.
Harlan Police charged Dale Eugene Stinn, 63, of Harlan, on October 22nd with Theft 5th and Improper Use of Registration.
Craig Steven Mumm, 33, of Harlan, was cited on November 2nd for Driving While Suspended.
