(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports two arrests.
Chelsea Leeann Adams, 22, of Atlantic, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 24th. Adams was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and speed.
Jeffery Lane Clark, 61, of Harlan, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 27th. Clark was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with driving while revoked and speed.
