Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Report

(Council Bluffs) Two people were arrested on OWI and drug-related charges in Pottawattamie County.

The Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office says Tyler Scott McClain, 31, was arrested following a traffic stop on Old Lincoln Highway on September 18^th. McClain was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1^st Offense.

Arturo Hernandez, 38, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 20^th. Hernandez was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Offense.

In other activity, Joseph Christian Schulz, 29, was arrested following a traffic stop near 370^th and Pioneer Trail on September 19^th. Schulz was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 1^st Offense.

Riley Wayne French, 21, was arrested on September 19^th for Harassment 2^nd Degree – Threaten Bodily Injury.

Patrick John Seely Sr., 52, of Council Bluffs, was arrested September 15^th on a warrant for Theft 5^th Degree.

Tyler James Nichols, 34, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a traffic stop on September 16^th for Fugitive from Justice.

Sarah Kay Reafleng, 33, was arrested September 20^th on a hold for other Iowa agency.
