(Clarinda) An Essex man was arrested for Disorderly Conduct on September 13th.
The Page County Sheriff’s Office says the arrest of Joe Edward Harris, 46, stems from an incident where Harris showed up at a residence at approximately 11:20 PM, began yelling and banging on the door, creating a loud disturbance, waking the residence with no other purpose than to annoy them. This residence is approximately two miles east of Shenandoah. Harris was transported to the Page County Jail where he was held on no bond until seen by a magistrate. The Shenandoah Police Department assisted the Page County Sheriff’s Office with this incident.
