(Logan, IA) — Logan Magnolia has a new Football Head Coach this season — Jack West comes over from Nodaway Valley after two seasons and takes over the Panthers program. Lo Ma is coming off a 5-4 season and a playoff appearance. West says it made sense for a number of different reasons to make the switch after the job came open
West has a good group of seniors to work with including Senior QB Ashton Peszulik — who was hurt a lot of last year — Senior Brodie Davis — who took over the QB spot last year — Senior Running Back Max Wingert and Senior Tight End Crosby Yoder
West says they need to figure out their receivers and secondary during the practice
Logan Magnolia is in Class A District 8 with Akron Westfield, IKM Manning, St. Albert, West Monona, Westwood and Woodbury Central. The Panthers open their season on Friday, August 28 hosting AHSTW, coverage on KSOM.
