(Montgomery Co.) A Red Oak man was arrested following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office says a traffic stop was conducted near N. 8th Street and E Nuckols Street in Red Oak at 12:18 a.m. Upon further investigation, 40-year-old Aaron Lucas Allen, of Red Oak, was arrested for Driving Under Suspension and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $491.25 bond. The Red Oak Police Department assisted the Sheriff’s Office in the arrest.
In other activity, Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday near Broadway and Walnut Streets in Red Oak. Upon further investigation, 23-year-old Chance Deshon Marley Manley, of Council Bluffs, was arrested for Driving While License Denied, Canceled, Suspended or Revoked. Manley was taken to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $491.25 bond.
The Red Oak Police Department arrested 40-year-old Kristin Ann Miller at the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center on Tuesday for Operating While Intoxicated 3rd Offense. She was held on $5,000 bond.
