(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports six arrests over the past week.
Cynthia Ann Unger, 50, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on November 17th for Driving While Barred. Bond was set at $2,000.
Suzanne Kay Labastida, 45, of Pacific Junction, was arrested on November 18th for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Barred, and on an out of county/state warrant. Bond was set on $2,300 for the first two charges, and no bond for the warrant.
John Shannon McCreary, 48, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on November 18th for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
Armando Ramon Rocha, 55, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was arrested on November 19th for Theft 1st Degree. Bond was set at $10,000.
Jason Alan Mabbit, 36, of Manning, was arrested on November 19th for Operating a Vehicle without Owners Consent (No bond), Unauthorized use of a Credit Card ($12,000 bond), and Criminal Mischief 2nd (No bond).
Jacob Ryan Riesland, 30, of Logan, was arrested on November 22nd for Public Intoxication. Bond was set at $300.
