(Guthrie Co.) One person suffered possible minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash in Guthrie County early Sunday morning.
According to the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office, 66-year-old Daniel Hutson of Grandview, Missouri, was driving a 2017 Mazda 6 on White Pole Road just east of Casey at approximately 4:55 a.m. when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway, and struck a tree.
A passenger in the vehicle, 47-year-old Suzanne Manu of Independence, Missouri, was transported by Adair EMS to Mercy West for treatment.
Authorities say Hutson showed no signs of impairment or intoxication at the time of the crash.
