(Adams Co.) Four people were arrested on drug charges in Adams County.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says on November 1st, Mellisa Garrison, 45, of Perry, was charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, Possession of Methamphetamine 3rd or Subsequent Offense, Intent to Deliver, Failure to Affix Drug Stamp, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Dice Moitozo, 51, of Des Moines, Jill Rivera, 22, of Des Moines, and Tiffany Rivera, 19, of Des Moines, were each charged with Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense.
Shawn Farlow, 23, of Des Moines, was arrested on November 2nd on an Adams County warrant for Failure to Appear.
Raul Rangel, 45, of Creston, was arrested for Driving While Barred following a traffic stop at Highway 25 and 275th Street on November 2nd.
Adrian Lillie, 18, of Creston, was arrested for Driving While Suspended following a traffic stop at Highway 34 and Sycamore Avenue on October 27th.
Rhonda Thompson was arrested on October 24th on an Active Adams County warrant for Failure to Appear.
