(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Alexis Daominique Primathedi, 27, of Kankakee, Illinois, was arrested on November 2nd on charges of OWI 1st-Offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Primathedi was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
Thomas Lee Curtis, 40, of Griswold, was arrested on November 3rd on an open warrant for Violation of Probation. Curtis was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Tracy Brent Turner, 66, of Elliott, was arrested on November 3rd on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Turner was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
