(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested a Tabor, Iowa, man following an investigation into a suspected abuse call at a group home in Red Oak.
The investigation led to the arrest of 39-year-old Donnie Kennth Pitcher. Authorities charged Pitcher with two counts of Dependent Adult Abuse-Intentional with Physical injury, a Class C felony. Additionally, Pitcher is charged with Dependent Adult Abuse, a Serious Misdemeanor.
Officers transported Pitcher to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $10,000 bond.
The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Red Oak Police Department with the investigation.
