(Creston) The Creston Police Department arrested 20-year-old Nathan Lee Novotny on Tuesday at Highway 34 and Birch. Novotny was charged with Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree and Burglary 1^st Degree. Novotny was taken to the Jasper County Jail. Bond was set at $21,000 cash or surety.

Creston Police arrested 28-year-old Jordan Jensen Spar on Tuesday at Howard and Grand. Spare was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) 1^st Offense, and Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapon. Spare posted the $2,300 cash or surety bond.
