(Mills Co.) The Mills County Sheriff’s Office reports eight arrests between September 23rd and October 3rd.
Mariano Marin Urbano, 27, of Waterloo, was arrested on September 23rd for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
Denny Gene Reeves, 40, of Hastings, was arrested on September 25th for Violation of a No Contact Order. Bond was set at $300.
Andrew Joseph Carrera, 40, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on September 26th for Violation of Probation. Bond was set at $1,000.
Simon Christopher Elias, 49, of Glenwood, was arrested on September 29th for Violation of Probation.
Maiya Elizabeth Horne, 20, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on October 1st for Possession of Marijuana 1st. Bond was set at $1,000.
Chandra Christine Baggett, 41, of Red Oak, was arrested on October 2nd for OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000.
Jeffrey Lynn Cunningham, 75, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on October 3rd for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $2,000.
Denny Gene Reeves, 40, of Hastings, was arrested on October 3rd for Contempt- Violation of No Contact Order. Bond was set at $300.
The Glenwood Police Department arrested 28-year-old Brody Kates, of Omaha, Nebraska, on Saturday for OWI 1st Offense and Possession of a Dangerous Weapon. Kates posted the $2,000 cash or surety bond.
