(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Cory Ross Smith, of Elliott, in the 200 block of Cherry Street in Elliott this morning on an Adams County warrant for Failure to Appear. Smith was turned over to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and is being held on $500 bond.
