Thursday’s Cross Country Results: Nodaway Valley Has Winners at Stuart

(Stuart, IA) — West Central Valley hosted a small cross country meet — only 10 girls competed and 35 boys.

Gabe Winkelmann of Nodaway Valley was the winner at 17:24.85 finishing about 35 seconds ahead of Preston Kent of AC/GC at 18:00.01.  Jeziah Calhoun of Woodward Academy was 3rd; Luke Kading of Nodaway Valley 4th and Kyler Banks of Woodward rounded out the top 5.  Nodaway Valley won the team title with 26 points.

Abby Nelson of Nodaway Valley won the girls race at 22:40.36.
