(Red Oak) Red Oak Police arrested one person on drug possession charges and another for theft and criminal mischief.
Police arrested 21-year-old Tanner Ray Pierson of Red Oak on Tuesday for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, 2nd offense. Officers transported Pierson to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $1,000 bond.
In a separate case, Red Oak Police arrested 49-year-old Michael Lee LaFollette in the 100 block of E. Prospect Street for 5th-degree theft. Police transported LaFollette to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
