(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Samantha Jo Christensen, 36, of Atlantic, was arrested on August 30th for driving with a revoked license. Christensen was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on bond.
Dylan Lee Main, 23, of Cumberland, was arrested on August 31st for OWI-1st offense. Main was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his on recognizance.
Alysha Anne Buell, 36, of Council Bluffs, was arrested on September 3rd on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Buell was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on her own recognizance.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
