(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports two arrests.
Alcides Armando Gutierrez-Telule, 36, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested Thursday morning for speeding 80 in a 55 mph zone and Driving While Revoked. He is being held for court and will be turned over to ICE upon release.
Miguel Angel Lopez, 42, of Red Oak, was arrested Thursday afternoon on a Mills County warrant for Theft 2nd Degree. He was turned over to Mills County and held on $10,000 cash bond.
