(Creston) Creston Police reported three arrests over the weekend.
Police arrested 43-year-old Dirk Wayne Parrish, of Tingly, Iowa, in the parking lot of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. Parrish was charged with Failure to Affix Drug Tax Stamp – seven or more grams, Maintaining a Drug House – Vehicle, Possession of Controlled Substance – 3rd, and Intent to Manufacture/Deliver Meth Over 5g Under 5Kg. Parrish was transported and held at the Union County Jail on $42,000 cash or surety bond.
Police arrested 29-year-old Jacob Jack Davis, of Cromwell, Iowa, on an outstanding warrant at the intersection of Howard & Elm. Original charges include Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Interference with Official Acts, and Public Intoxication. Davis was transported and held at the Union County Jail on a $900.00 cash or surety bond.
Creston Police arrested 66-year-old Anita Rose Fasce, of Creston at 302 N Pine St. Fasce was charged with Disorderly Conduct – Loud Raucous Noise, and Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs. Fasce was transported and held at the Union County Jail on $1,300 cash or surety bond.
