(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports four arrests.
Crystal Dawn Branch, 45, of Griswold, was arrested on August 22nd on a Cass County Sheriff’s Office warrant for interference with official acts. Branch was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and later released on bond.
Clint Lee Barlow, 46, of Lewis, was arrested on August 24th on charges of domestic abuse assault-1st and interference with official acts. Barlow was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
Kelly Leroy Young, 64, of Atlantic, was arrested on August 24th for possession of controlled substance. Young was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on his own recognizance.
Christian Monreal Sempek, 30, of Elliott, turned himself in on August 25th on a Cass County Bench/Public Arrest Warrant for failure to appear. Sempek was booked and later released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
