Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Report One Arrest

(Red Oak) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Linda Frances-Anna Hemminger of Villisca on Tuesday night for driving under suspension. Deputies investigated at the intersection of South 1st Avenue and East 3rd Street in Villisca. Authorities transported Hemminger to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office and held her on a $491.25 bond.
