(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests.
On Monday, Creston Police arrested Lela Ann Churchwell, 46, of 205 N Division Street, for Disorderly Conduct – Loud Raucous Noise, Public Intoxication, and Interference with Official Acts. Churchwell was transported and held at the Union County Jail.
On Monday, Creston Police arrested Frank Tomas Infante-Silva, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky, for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense and Possession of a Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense. Infante-Silva was transported to and held at the Union County Jail.
