(Dublin, Ireland) — Iowa State Cyclones head coach Matt Campbell and his team are coming off a solid 11-3 season and are heading across the pond to make their first impression in the 2025 season. The Cyclones will face conference rival Kansas State in their 109th match-up in history, with Iowa State winning 54, losing 50, and drawing four times. Campbell says that he’s is grateful for the challenging opportunity to play in Ireland against a familiar foe:
It’s the first time in program history for the Cyclones when it comes to playing outside the United States. The Wildcats have played internationally once in 1992 against Nebraska at the Tokyo Dome. Campbell says that he’s proud of his team’s strength and is grateful to be able to compete in their K-State rivalry:
