(Creston) The Creston Police Department reported two arrests this week.
On Thursday, August 21, at 2:00 p.m., officers arrested Angel Valdovinos Rodriguez, 42, at 215 N. Elm Street. Rodriguez was charged with Disorderly Conduct and booked into the Union County Jail. He later posted a $300 cash or surety bond.
On Friday, August 22, at 1:28 a.m., officers arrested Harley David Van Scoy, 31, at his residence. Van Scoy was charged with Domestic Abuse Assault and transported to the Union County Jail. He was held on no bond until seen by a judge.
