(Lincoln, NE) — College football is right around the corner and the Nebraska Cornhuskers have some pre-season issues to address. LSU tight-end transfer Mack Markway was injured on his first day in Cornhusker red, and the teams needs to fill his spot. Coordinator Dana Holgorsen says that the offense needs to improve its explosiveness:
Quarterback Dylan Raiola will lead the team once again on the offense. The sophomore threw for 2,819 passing yards last year with 13 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Raiola will be without Jahmal Banks and Isaiah Neyor, two of his favorite targets last year with both combining for over 1,000 receiving yards. Holgorsen on Raiola:
