(Cass Co) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests.
Kurt David Crecelius, 65, of Anita, was arrested on July 30th on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Crecelius was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on his own recognizance.
Fredrick Allan Bilyeu, 18, of Cumberland, was arrested on August 4th on the charge of theft 1st degree >$10,000. Bilyeu was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
David Mullens Oliver, 35, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on August 6th on charges of possession of a controlled substance, and OWI-1st offense. Oliver was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and later released on bond.
