(Atlantic) A trial date has been set for an Atlantic man charged with Murder in the 1st Degree and Child Endangerment Causing Death.
According to court records, 25-year old Corbin Loudermilk enter a plea of Not Guilty. A pre-trial conference will be held on June 2nd. Trial is set for June 17th at 9:30 a.m.
Loudermilk remains held in the Cass County Jail. Bond was set at $1,000,000 cash only.
Records show a child was found unresponsive while under Loudermilk’s supervision in early January. The baby died from several head trauma injuries that doctors believe were from impact or shaking.
