(Creston) The Creston Police Department reported two arrests.
On Friday, at approximately 4:34 p.m., officers arrested 38-year-old Thomas James Blobaum on a Union County warrant for Failure to Appear in connection with an Operating While Intoxicated – First Offense charge. Blobaum was transported to the Union County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
In a separate incident, 20-year-old Zachariah Ray Ikenberry was arrested on Sunday at approximately 3:52 a.m. He was charged with Public Intoxication – First Offense. Ikenberry was taken to the Union County Jail and was later released on his own recognizance.
