(Adair Co) Two men were arrested on warrants in Adair County.
The Adair Police Department arrested 46-year-old Timothy Dewayne Martin, of Adair, on March 18th for Failure to Appear on the charge of Domestic Abuse Assault 1st Offense. Martin was released on his own recognizance.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55-year-old William John Hohertz, of Greenfield, on March 20th on a warrant for Contempt – Violation of a No Contact/Protective Order. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety.
In other activity, Stuart Police arrested 32-year-old Dalton Kyle Bittner, of Fargo, North Dakota, following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 on March 22nd. Bittner was charged with OWI 1st Offense. Bond was set at $1,000 cash or surety. Bittner was released on bond later that day.
