(West Des Moines, IA) – Let’s continue this summer season of softball action as the IGHSAU has released its week three rankings for the 2024 softball season. These rankings are compiled by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union. The local teams in Class 1A feature Martensdale-St Marys in first, Wayne in third, Earlham in 10th, and Griswold in 12th. For Class 2A teams, Van Meter ranks first, Missouri Valley comes in fifth, and Interstate-35 ranks eighth. In Class 3A, Clarinda sits at 9th and Atlantic moves down to 13th. Jumping over to Class 4A, North Polk sits in second, Carlisle has been put at fifth, Winterset ranks at eighth, ADM remains at 10th, Bondurant-Farrar sits at 12th, and Indianola is at 15th.
