(Dubuque, IA) — Another Iowa building has partially collapsed. Four people were injured when part of a building under construction collapsed in Dubuque, near the borders of Wisconsin and Illinois. Two of the four were critically injured. No word on what caused the collapse. It comes four months after an apartment building collapse in Davenport that killed three people and left dozens homeless.
