(West Des Moines, IA) — The Red Cross is honoring a local woman who saved her husband’s life.
Vonda Brock of Waukee suspected her husband Kyle was having a heart attack. She used chest compressions until paramedics arrived. The central Iowa Red Cross today honored her efforts yesterday with a lifesaving award.
