(Cass Co.) The Cass County Sheriff’s Office reports three arrests over the past week.
Shari Ann Comstock, 53, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on July 18th on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Driving while Barred. Comstock was transported to the Cass County Jail where she was booked and released with a guilty plea.
Dixon William Harley Briggs, 28, of Red Oak, was arrested on July 28th for Domestic Assault with Intent – 1st, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Briggs was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and held.
Julio Cesa Harnadez Cervantes, 28, of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested on July 21st for OWI – 1st Offense and Driving While License Denied or Revoked. Harnadez Cervantes was transported to the Cass County Jail where he was booked and released on bond.
All criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in the court of law.
