(Council Bluffs) The Council Bluffs Police Department says 60-year-old Ilene Gowen, who was reported missing on February 14th, was found deceased.
On Sunday, Ms. Gowen’s body was located by Deputies of the Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office in an area outside the Council Bluffs city limits. Her death is considered suspicious.
