(Red Oak) The Red Oak Police Department arrested 42-year-old Jeremy Dilocker of Red Oak on Friday in the W. 100 block of Alix Avenue for a first-offense OWI.
Authorities transported Dilocker to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 cash or surety bond.
