(Sioux City, IA) Iowa-based Bomgaars is set to become the nation’s second-largest farm and ranch retailer. The Sioux City company announcing today it’s buying 73 Orscheln Farm and Home stores. The Federal Trade Commission is making Tractor Supply Company sell off the more than six-dozen Osrcheln stores to avoid anti-trust issues as it buys the company. With the purchase Bomgaars will have 180 stores in 15 U.S. states.
