Des Moines City Crews Clear Downtown Homeless Encampment

(Des Moines, IA) A homeless encampment has been removed from downtown Des Moines.  City crews cleared tents outside of Central Iowa Shelter and Services Monday morning after complaints from locals living and working in the area.
