(Council Bluffs) The Iowa Department of Corrections says David John Kalani Kaneala Kauai, convicted of Assault Intent of Injury Peace Officer/Others in Page County, failed to report to the Council Bluffs Residential Correctional Facility as required Wednesday.
Kauai is a 33-year-old Asian male, height 6′ 0″, and weighs 188 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on April 21st.
