Montgomery County Man arrested on Forgery Charges

(Red Oak) A Red Oak man is in custody on forgery charges.

Police arrested 43-year-old Joseph Leeray Bartlett on Monday afternoon. The arrest stems from a forged check passed at the Hardware Hanks store in Red Oak. Officers transported Bartlett to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $5,000 bond.
