(Adair Co.) Two men were arrested on warrants in Adair County.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hunter Davis Vanwyk, 27, of Sioux City, Iowa, on May 20th on a warrant for Going Armed with Intent, Child Endangerment, Domestic Abuse Assault – Injury or Mental Illness – 1st Offense, and two counts of Harassment 1st Degree. Vanwyk was held on $10,000 cash or surety bond.
Jereamy Lee Rice, 44, of Stuart, was arrested May 18th on a warrant for Harassment 2nd Degree and a warrant for Driving While Barred. Rice was held on $6,000 cash or surety bond.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Lee Cesario Griffith, 29, of Adel, on May 20th for OWI 1st Offense and Reckless Driving. The charges stem from a crash at the intersection of W Front Street and S Division Street in Stuart. Deputies arrived on scene to find a black Ford Fusion crashed into a trailer. Griffith was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
The Stuart Police Department arrested Candie Jean Kingery, 40, of Stuart, on May 17th for Assault with Bodily Injury. Kingery was released on her own recognizance.
The Department of Transportation arrested Cameron James Stark, 28, of Stuart, on May 16th for Driving Under Suspension. Stark was released on his own recognizance.
