Harlan Police Report

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department arrested Ronald Anthony Leal, 38, of Harlan, following a traffic stop on Sunday. Leal was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Interference with Official Acts.

Harlan Police also arrested Gunnar Michael Blum, 28, of Kimballton, on Saturday on active Audubon County warrants.
