(Adair Co.) The Stuart Police Department arrested Skeet Weston Miller, 51, of Stuart, on April 15th on three warrants. The warrants charge Miller with Domestic Abuse Assault Impeding Flow of Air/Blood; False Imprisonment; and Burglary 1st Degree, Willful Injury Causing Bodily Injury, and Harassment 1st Degree. Miller was held in the Adair County Jail on $500,000 cash only bond.
In other activity, Stuart Police arrested Devin Scott Oleary, 32, of Canton, Michigan, on Saturday for Forgery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana) 1st Offense. Oleary was held on $5,000 cash or surety bond.
The Adair County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Michael Fasce, 41, of West Des Moines on Friday on an Adams County warrant. Fasce was immediately turned over to Adams County’s custody.
Shane Curtis White, 36, of Creston, was arrested Friday for Driving While Barred. White was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
Craven Lee Martin, 22, of Mount Ayr, was arrested Saturday for OWI 1st Offense. Martin was held on $1,000 cash or surety bond.
David Lee Grasty, 63, of Greenfield, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for Harassment 3rd Degree. Grasty was held on no bond until his initial appearance.
The Adair Police Department arrested Nicholas Dave Allen, 59, of Des Moines, on April 15th for OWI 2nd Offense and Driving While Barred. Allen was held on $2,000 cash or surety bond.
