(Page Co) The Page County Sheriff’s Office arrested James Randall Gomel, 56, of rural Northboro, on Tuesday on a Christian County, Missouri warrant for Sex Offender Registry violation. Gomel was transported to the Page County Jail where he is being held pending extradition proceedings to Missouri.
The Sheriff’s Office also arrested Braden Alan Gray, 19, of Council Bluffs, on Monday on a Page County warrant for Failure to Appear. Gray was booked into the Page County Jail on $1,000 bond pending further court proceedings.
A charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
