Harlan Police Report

(Harlan) The Harlan Police Department reports three arrests.

David Dean Anderson, 52, was arrested March 31^st on an active Shelby County warrant. Anderson was transported to the Shelby County Jail.

Ashley Elizabeth McWilliams, 31, of Atlantic, was arrested following a traffic stop on April 1^st. McWilliams was transported to the Shelby County Jail where she was charged with Operating While Intoxicated.

Brett Allan Ballantyne, 27, of Harlan, was arrested following a call for service on April 4^th. Ballantyne was transported to the Shelby County Jail where he was charged with Burglary 2^nd.
