(Creston) Creston Police report two arrests in separate incidents.
Police arrested 41-year old Justin Alan Robertson of Greenfield on Friday at 211 n. Birch Street for violation of a no-contact order. Police transported Robertson to the Union County Jail and released him on his recognizance after appearing in front of a magistrate judge.
Creston Police arrested 70-year old Timothy Lynn Siefkas of Creston on Sunday for OWI, 1st Offense, and Interference with Official Acts. Police transported Siefkas to the Union County Jail and held him on a $1,300 cash or surety bond.
