Fatal UTV Crash Under Investigation in Northeast Iowa

 (Waukon, IA) One person is dead and another is hurt after a utility terrain vehicle collided with an S-U-V near Waukon in Allamakee County.  The Iowa State Patrol says both vehicles were headed west on Highway 9 Monday afternoon when the U-T-V turned in front of the S-U-V, causing the crash.  State troopers say the victim who died at the scene was not wearing a seat belt.  No names have been released.
