(Montgomery Co.) The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kelli Perkins, 23, of Council Bluffs, following a traffic stop on Friday. Perkins was transported to the Montgomery County Jail where she was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Perkins was booked and held on $300 bond.
