(Shelby Co.) The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests between December 2nd and December 12th.
Christian Edgar Carrasco, age 28, of Denison, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 59 on December 2nd. Carrasco was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Barred and Speeding.
Nicholas Gene Paulsen, age 41, of Atlantic, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 173 on December 4th. Paulsen was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Driving while Barred, Speeding, and Failure to provide Insurance.
Isaac Burt Huber, age 25, of Carter Lake, was arrested following a call for service in Shelby on December 6th. Huber was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Burglary 1st.
Andrew Robert Dilley, age 23, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a call for service in Shelby on December 6th. Dilley was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Burglary 1st.
Rayven Taylor Michelle Frieze, age 20, of Council Bluffs, was arrested following a call for service in Shelby on December 6th. Frieze was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Burglary 1st.
Mark Thomas Holland, age 33, of Audubon, was arrested following a traffic stop on Highway 44 on December 10th. Holland was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with OWI 1st, Operating a Non-Registered Vehicle, Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, and Speeding.
Chad Michael Hess, age 51, of Harlan, was arrested following a search warrant at a residence in Harlan on December 10th. Hess was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent offense, Possession of Controlled Substance Marijuana 3rd or subsequent offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Julie Ann McManigal, age 47, of Harlan, was arrested following a search warrant at a residence in Harlan on December 10th. McManigal was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd or subsequent offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Michael James Armour, age 32, of Vancouver, Washington was arrested following a traffic stop on Road M56 on December 12th. Armour was transported to the Shelby County Jail and charged with Controlled Substance Violation, Prohibited Acts Violation, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
